A healthy Eating is one of the most important components of health and beauty. Proper nutrition will help you not only to stay in great shape, but also it will make you feel more energetic, easily and efficiently.

1. The first law of a healthy Eating is a correlation between caloric food that a person consumes and the energy the body spends.
2. The second law of a Eat Healthy , the chemical composition of human daily diet should be in line with the physiological needs of food and biologically active substances.
3. Use a variety of foods in your diet. The daily menu should have products from different food groups (fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, cereals and legumes, meat, fish, poultry, dairy products, eggs, nuts, fats, oils, herbs).
You should eat regularly; eat smaller meals, at least 3-4 times a day. Don’t make big pauses between meals. The daily men should consist breakfast (the breakfast you mustn’t skip the breakfast), lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.

Try to eat every day at the same time it has a positive influence to the digestion tract. Try to limit the salt. The water is the basic of your body.

Without food, one person can live a month or more, but without water, two days, a week most. The first condition to right nutrition is to drink water every day- but not less than two liters.
