Drinking water is one of the most basic necessities for sustaining life. Although we think of it as something that is very mundane on a daily basis, drinking enough water is one of the most crucial things you can do for your body every day. Some people have a hard time drinking enough water – or drinking it at all – so here are some tips to make sure you drink enough throughout the day.
How Much?
For someone who lives in a moderate climate and doesn’t do much exercise, it’s recommended to drink 9 glasses of water for women and 13 for men. If you are exercising a lot or live somewhere hot or at a high altitude, you should drink even more than that.
