Everyone knows that exercise is the key to staying healthy. However, after work or school, it can be hard to motivate yourself to hit the gym. Luckily, there are a few easy ways that will make staying in shape doable, and that can fit into your daily routine easily.
Morning Push-Ups
No one wants to wake up early to go for a run before you start your day, and you don’t necessarily have to. Although exercise does wake up your brain, so even a bit of blood flow could help you throughout your day. If you’re just starting to exercise, take it slow by doing 5 pushups when you first wake up. If you can’t do real pushups, do them on your knees.

Afternoon Plank
When you feel like you’re crashing a few hours after lunch but there are still a few more hours left in the day, don’t turn to coffee! Drink a cup of water and do a plank. Time yourself and try to do at least one minute. You’ll hardly lose time off your day but the impact will be seen.
Evening Stretch
After a long day, stretch out your muscles. Take just 5 minutes and stretch your legs and arms and over time, you will become more flexible which helps muscle mass.
