Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is a very important one in so many ways. It controls so many things in the body that you’ll be astonished. Check out these Vitamin B2 foods you should be having.

Broccoli

Many types of green vegetables contain Vitamin B2. Broccoli, spinach, asparagus are just a part of the vegetables you should opt for.

Red Meat

Red meat is on top of the Vitamin B2 foods list. You can enjoy beef, lamb, and types of red meat once in a while to get the necessary dose of this vitamin.
