Also, you’ll find waking up in the morning so much easier.

Exercising is great for many things among which is sleep quality. Just make sure you’re not doing it too late in the day or it will wake you up!

If you have a tub at home, you’re a lucky person! Fill it up every time you want to relax before sleep and experiment with different bath products until you find something that makes you fall asleep as soon as you hit the bed.
