Ingredients
1st layer
- 1 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 6 dates
2nd layer
- 1 cup of diced dates
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of almond milk
- pinch of salt
Chocolate glaze
- 2oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. Soak 6 dates in water and blend them.
- Mix the oil and the dates with almond flour into a compact mixture.
- Lay parchment paper on the baking tin and spread the mixture on the bottom, then leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
- To make the second layer, blend the dates, peanut butter, milk, and salt. Spread it over the first layer and freeze for half an hour.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil on low heat and leave to cool down a bit. Spread the chocolate glazing over the second layer and return to chill for a few more hours before serving.
