Get Enough Sleep
Our sleep habits can affect our lives more than we can imagine and getting enough sleep during the night is important if you want to feel motivated and energized for your workout. Try to sleep six to eight hours every night and keep a consistent sleep schedule. This means getting up and going to bed at the same time every day, even on the weekends.
