Most children eventually grow out of their toys, and that can not only be expensive but also wasteful. While some are good to donate, sometimes it’s fun to use what you have and make something completely new. If you are looking for creative ways to use those old toys you have lying around, try these fun DIY projects.
Toy Soldiers
While it’s fun to have an army of your own, at some point the soldiers have to go. A fun way to repurpose them is by making a serving bowl out of them! All you need are two glass bowls, one slightly smaller than the other. Take men and lay them around the edge of the bowl. Then, put the smaller bowl on top of them and add a few more so they go up the sides. Bake it in the oven, let it cool, and then spray paint them whatever color matches your decor!
Toy Cars
Toy cars are always left around on the ground and can become dangerous. Instead, turn them into the ultimate back massager. Take a yardstick or a back scratcher and glue the cars to it. Run the wheels up and down your back for ultimate relaxation.
