Sunday’s aren’t just food prep day. It’s also laundry day. Got all my workout clothes ready for the week. Now, all I have to do is come home, and put them on. Some days I don’t feel like working out. I work long hours. I’m up early. The only way to motivate myself, change into leggings and appreciate the gains I’m making. Then, I feel inspired to work harder. My online accountability group helps, too. Logging in, and seeing everyone post about their workouts. Yep, time to get it done. I already know today is going to be one of those days. It’s going to be in the 90’s. My a/c doesn’t work that great in my work truck. I didn’t sleep that well last night. I was up at 4am. I’ll work at least 12 hours today. The excuses are mounting… But, it’s a Monday. I never miss a Monday workout. So, I’ll leave these hanging right where they are. They’ll be all up in my face when I get home. Just where I need them to be. Happy Monday! Stay focused. Stay motivated. Stay hydrated. Most of all, have a safe Monday. #mondaymotivation #workoutmotivation #fitmom #fitover40 #fitmominspire #fitnessjourney #healthylifestyle #accountability #realtalk #ilovemyjob #paving #truckdriver #bellydump #30ton #healthytrucker #roadconstruction #workingmom #singlemom #hardworkingwoman #laundryday #workoutleggings #gains #weightlifting #momswithmuscles #momswholift #momswhoinspire #momswhoworkout
