Turmeric Face Mask
This magical spice is widely used all over the world and originated almost 4000 years ago in India. It’s widely used in dishes and Aryuvedic practices. It’s a bioactive compound; curcumin contains potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Zap those pesky pimples away with some powerful turmeric!
Recipe: mix a quarter spoon of turmeric, ground oats, and honey.
Clay Mask
Bentonite clay is known to contain calcium, magnesium, and iron. It can absorb toxins and draw pollution away from the face. It’s best used for oily skin and should be kept on for a shorter time if you have dry skin.
Recipe: quarter spoon bentonite clay, a little bit of water, and tea tree essential oil.
Spirulina Mask
Spirulina is a superfood that contains chlorophyll. It helps reduce the appearance of dark circles on your skin. Mix it with some honey to have a face mask that’s good enough to eat.
Recipe: a quarter spoon of spirulina, honey, and essential oil of choice.
