Billie Eilish Stars in MCM’s Gender-Fluid New Campaign

Billie Eilish is changing the face of fashion with her signature style and major brands are taking notice. The 17-year-old superstar just landed a modeling gig with leather luxury goods company MCM Worldwide and presented their new gender-fluid collection to the world.

MCM’s global creative officer Dirk Schönberger explained they picked Eilish as the new face of their campaign because she’s a role model for younger generations and perfectly captures the fluidity and self-expression they wanted to celebrate.

“This is such a strong message at a time where uniformity is somehow on the rise. She’s a game-changer: Not only is she disruptive, but it also feels like she can’t be corrupted. It’s not a marketing trick: She is that person. She really stands out in the current music scene,” told Schönberger to WWD.

It doesn’t hurt that items from this collection perfectly fit Eilish’s personal style. We could totally imagine her wearing the petite pink fanny pack and the monogrammed bucket hat from promotional photos on a daily basis.
