Make Your Favorite Beverage

Make it a habit to either start or finish your day by preparing your favorite beverage. It can be a smoothie or coffee in the morning or a fun cocktail in the evening. Make sure to use the best glasses or cups you have!

DIY Face & Hair Mask

If you often find yourself rushing through your skincare and haircare routines, it’s probably time to set aside an hour or two during the week specifically for these things. For extra fun, make your own masks from ingredients you have at home.

Indulge in Your Favorite Magazine

Honestly, how often do you get to buy a magazine and just browse through it over coffee these days?


Yoga & Meditation

Making time to practice yoga and meditation regularly will make you more productive and you’ll feel like you actually have more time to do all the things you want, so make it a habit and stick with it.

#InGratitudeWeThrive Jan 4~10 . Good evening, loves! I’m so excited to get my first challenge of 2019 started, and I’m sooo ready to throw myself back into my practice. It’s been willy-nilly & sporadic lately. #thoseholidaysthough For Day 1 we are showing/discussing our gratitude for our practice. Perfect! Let me count the ways! 😍🙌🏻 I could go on and on about what my practice has done for me, and about how yoga makes me feel. 🗣 I’m so grateful that it is teaching me to not fear. I’ve learned how to trust my body so much through yoga. I’ve done things with my body I never thought possible, and that came with trust, and breath. (And consistency, of course.) Yoga is teaching me to listen to my body. When to stop, when to not push, when to relax, when to not punch someone in the face. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #realtalk #thanksyoga My practice is also part of my escape. For the most part, my practice brings out the frilly, fanciful side of me, which is like…97% of me. 🧜🏼‍♀️🧚🏻‍♀️🦄 IG yoga in particular brings together that playfulness & my love of photography, and have so much fun with it.
