Ashtanga Yoga

You’ll be breaking a sweat and toning up your body with this type of yoga which combines breath with movement. Each class will use the same poses in the same order until you’ve mastered them and can more challenging poses.

Bikram Yoga

We’re sure you’ve heard of hot yoga and when someone talks about it, they’re usually referring to Bikram yoga. Bikram studios are heated to around 105 F which improves circulation and allows your body to release toxins. The classes use the same 26 poses and they are 90 minutes long.

Yin Yoga

With Yin yoga, you’ll be holding poses for longer and there are fewer poses. The classes are designed to target specific areas of the body to increase your overall flexibility and release your stress.

Power Yoga

Also know as “fitness-based” yoga, power yoga has heated studios that are around 90 F. Each class has similar poses and the instructor puts them in a different order for each lesson. Power yoga helps you with your balance, strength, and flexibility.
