Though nothing can really replace regular water, you can trick your taste buds by adding flavor to your water and still avoid sugar, caffeine, and everything else that’s typically found in beverages.
You can make these two summer drinks with some healthy and delicious ingredients in no time.
Grapefruit Water with Rosemary
You’ll need 4 cups of sparkling water, 2 cups of water, 2 red grapefruits, 5-6 strawberries, and rosemary.
Pour the sparkling water into a jug then add sliced grapefruits and a pinch of rosemary. Leave for a couple of hours before adding water and strawberries. Serve with ice.
You’ll need 3 cups of blueberries, 2 teaspoons of honey, 3 lemons, 4 cups of water, and ice for this recipe.
Wash the blueberries and pour them into a blender. Add honey, the juice from 3 lemons, and 4 cups of water. Blend everything together then pour into an ice-filled jug.
