Traveling with a baby can be stressful and full of changes. You have to prepare for everything. Most parents want to give their young ones everything they ask for. But cue—you have to enjoy the holiday as well.

Here is how to have a wonderful trip with your baby and look forward to your next holiday.

Carry Fluids and Snacks for your Baby

Non-perishable fluids keep babies hydrated. If you have a Sippy cup, it’s better when flying. It will help you baby suck her fruit juice during the take-off as well as the landing stages.

Pack Enough Clothes for Everyone

For the baby, you want clothes that can be removed with ease. But you also need enough clothes to take you through the trip. Lots of diapers are advised. Whether to carry more warm or light clothes is a personal choice.

Bring Toys and Treats

You may think a trip to view museums in Greece will excite your 11-year old, but don’t ignore their requests to carry a mobile phone. Kids love their toys as you love your morning coffee. Younger kids will love toys more. For the older ones; talk and know what toys they want to carry.

Take Short Trips with Infants and Toddlers

While going on a holiday to Europe is an adventure of a lifetime for you, it’s not for toddlers. Your five year old would be happy with a visit to the local mall. If you want the babies to enjoy your trip with them, don’t travel every far. A 5-hour flight should be the maximum for a toddler.

Make the Trip Memorable by Doing Fun Things

Sing to your kid and play games as you travel. Tell her your favorite stories and make things that will make her enjoy the trip. Sit next to your babies throughout the trip. Keep checking them for comfort. Change their clothes, feed them and take selfies. It’s a trip after all!
