Over the past few months, we’ve been spending a lot of time on TikTok learning about the latest beauty crazes and how to create DIY beauty treatments at home. The trend currently taking over TikTok is temporary eyebrow tattoos and they’re exactly what they sound like—tattoos that last a few days for your eyebrows.
You can find videos of people using temporary eyebrow tattoos by searching #eyebrowtattoo and #tattoobrows on TikTok, and they’re just like the tattoos we used to slather on our bodies when we were kids. To apply them, you need to lie them down on a clean and flat surface and press them down with a damp cloth for a minute before you peel the backing off to reveal the tattoos. The eyebrow tattoos are supposed to last for up to five days.
Some TikTok users have fully committed to the product by shaving off their eyebrows to provide a smooth surface for the tattoos like @sailorlinzor who showed a video applying the eyebrow tattoos saying, “You really can’t put them on if you have eyebrow hairs; you need to have a blank space.” While other users applaud the product for helping them with their alopecia or hair loss.
To make the eyebrow tattoos look more realistic, you can add a bit of brow powder and draw a few extra hairs with a brow pen.
