What’s Bungee Fitness?
It’s a low-impact training that combines elements of cardio and strength and is done with a harness that’s attached to a bungee cord that hangs from the studio’s ceiling. The cord provides resistance and assistance while challenging your balance skills.
You’ll be performing bodyweight exercises including burpees, squats, and lunges all while gliding the air. Due to being suspended from the ceiling, bungee fitness is less impact on your joints, so it’s great for people with joint issues or that are recovering from injuries.
