Establish a Routine
Incorporating meditation into your daily routine is the best way to ensure you will stick to it. Try taking five to ten minutes to meditate every morning after you brush your teeth.
Find Your Space
If you find a comfortable space for your meditation, your mind will follow. Make sure to find a place you feel safe and free from additional noises or clutter.
Try Not to Attach
Your mind will likely wander during meditation and that is completely normal. Try acknowledging your thoughts and allowing them to pass by instead of becoming attached to them.
Even though the stereotypical meditation position is a cross-legged seat, it isn’t always comfortable for everyone. Try to find a mediation position that feels suited to you and your body.
