Jennifer Aniston Talks About Her Wellness and Skincare Routine

About a week ago, Jennifer Aniston broke the internet when she finally joined Instagram after years of ignoring this social media platform. She’s also the star of a new television series The Morning Show and it seems like people simply can’t get enough of her.

In a recent interview with Allure, Jennifer talked about ageism, her wellness routine, and how she usually starts her day.

“In the last year, I’ve been doing celery juice first thing in the morning, but you have to wait a half hour [to eat], so that’s when the meditation happens,” the actress said.  Her morning routine continues with an apple cider vinegar diluted in water because it’s said that this drink lowers blood sugar and cholesterol.

When it comes to her skincare routine, she likes to keep it as simple as possible.

“I don’t overwash my face because you don’t want to strip away too much,” she says. “And then I just put on nourishing things I feel are as organic as possible.”

It’s been 25 years since we were introduced to her as Rachel Green in Friends, but Aniston looks more beautiful than ever and she’s empowering women around the world with her example.
