How to Start Your Day Without Coffee

For most people, getting up early in the morning sometimes seems like an impossible task. When you open your eyes, everything just seems to drag you down to your warm cozy bed. That’s why many people drink coffee when they wake up.

Coffee is the great eye-opener but there are also downsides concerning your coffee drinking habit. Researches show that too much caffeine can lead to issues such as anxiety, insomnia, or increased blood pressure, among other things.

If you have in mind all of these possible problems which too much coffee can cause, maybe you should reconsider your morning habits.

one great solution is meditation. You can meditate when you wake up. When you’re sleepy and feeling a bit tired, that’s already a meditative state, but if you use your meditation skills, then you can really boost your energy for the entire day.
