Yes! Of course, you have to tip. What about when your order isn’t right? You still should tip because most likely, it’s not your delivery guy’s fault. It’s important to show your delivery guy appreciation and if there’s a problem with your food call the manager afterward.
How Much?
In general, you should tip your delivery guy around $5 or 20 percent of the order. This may seem like a lot, but when you think about it, you’d be paying about that to tip your waiter when you dine in.
If you order through third-party services familiarize yourself with the policies. There may be a delivery charge at checkout, but this doesn’t always include a tip for the driver.
