To make these chia pancakes with raspberries you will need 1/4 cup milk, 3 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 lightly beaten egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tablespoons organic honey, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt, a pinch of nutmeg powder and a handful of raspberries.
