Walking is literally the cheapest way to get into shape. All you need is a comfy pair of shoes and headphones, and you are all set. It only takes about an hour’s walk to get seven-10k steps a day, depending on your pace. For even more of an effect, keep your core engaged throughout the walk.

Youtube is not only a place to watch your favorite content creators but there are thousands of workouts you can choose from including HIIT, Pilates, yoga, and many more options. This is a great way to start working out if you need help with what to do and how to do it.

Always Take the Stairs

Whenever you are confronted with the option between the elevator or the stairs, always choose the stairs. This is a quick and easy way to get your heart rate up. Taking the stairs is the perfect way to incorporate exercise throughout your busy day.
