Becoming a Low Calorie Condiment Pro is Easy

Whether you want to lose weight or simply cautious of your calories, it’s always good to know what you’re consuming. However, if you go out to eat, or go to picnics or luncheons it can be hard to know what is safe and what to stay away from.  Here is a list of very low calorie, 15 calories or less per serving, condiments, so you know what to reach for during your meal.

Sriracha

This hot chili sauce is massively delicious, and actually only has 5 calories per teaspoon! This sauce is used generally in Asian cooking, but nowadays everyone puts it on everything. As long as it is not a mayonnaise-based kind, use as little or as much as you like!

Dill Pickle Relish

If you are a hot dog lover, there’s a big chance you love relish as well. Sweet relish has 20 calories per teaspoon, however, dill pickle relish only has 3!
