With former pro baseball player Alex Rodriguez and superstar Jennifer Lopez, fitness is a big deal in their family, and A-Rod, Lopez’s fiance, revealed how she’s staying in shape during the lockdown.

The “QuaranTeam’s” morning workout routine takes just 20 minutes and A-Rod’s daughter Natasha, joined them in their Miami mansion garden as they completed four sets of five exercises including a 400-meter run, 15 kettlebell swings, 10 push-ups, and 15 bent-over rows.

Lopez wore a matching red and white shorts and sweater set, urging the family to “use your core” as they finished their final set. Lopez lifts two 15 pound weights with what seems to be effortless for the singer. If you’re wondering if J.Lo listens to her own music while working out, she can be seen rocking out to the 80s pop-rock song “The Warrior” from Scandal featuring Patty Smyth.

In the post, A-Rod says that soup cans or detergent can be used instead of kettlebells if you don’t have them on hand.
