Do you ever wish you could tone and firm up your legs, but you don’t really have time to go to the gym? Well, there are actually a ton of exercises you can do to work out those leg muscles, without even leaving the comfort of your own home!

Squat Jumps

This is exactly as it sounds: lower yourself into a deep squat. Then, keeping your back straight, jump up into a straight-legged jump, and then land gently down straight back into the squat position. It may not sound hard, but trust us, you’ll feel the burn!

“Crab Walk”

This time, crouch down again into a squat, and walk sideways across the room, with your legs bent and your back straight. Walk the length of the room about 5 times—if your legs feel like jelly afterward, that means you’re doing it right!

Lunges

Put one leg in front of you like you’re about to step forwards, and keep the other leg behind you and straight. Then lower yourself down as far as you can, keeping in position, and repeat ten times.

Step Ups

Stand at the bottom of the stairs, and step one foot onto the first step. Then bring the other foot up, and the first foot down. Repeat this cycle as fast as you can, as many times as you can!
