3 Things to Do in the Morning Before You Go to Work

Sleeping in before work can be tempting, but there are so many great things you can accomplish in the morning if you only get up 15-30 minutes earlier. Here are our favorites.

Write a To-Do List

Writing down everything you need to do during the day will put your mind in the right place and help you organize your thoughts before you leave the house. Make sure to write down the priorities that absolutely need to be done even if all else fails.

Turn On Some Music

Perhaps you automatically switch the TV on in order to check the news as soon as you get up, but putting on some music instead will set you off for a great and positive day. You don’t need to stress about the bad news from the early hours!

Make Lunch

You don’t need more than 15 minutes to prepare and pack a healthy lunch you can take to work. Even if you have only five minutes, you can pack the leftovers from the day before and it will be a thousand times better than buying your lunch out.
