Say No To ‘Unlimited’

Depending on what company you use, there will most likely be some sort of 24/7 food service. Whether it’s a buffer with fries and hot dogs or a soft serve machine, ignore these temptations! There will be plenty to eat at meal times and in between, but no one needs a hot dog at 11:30 pm.

Stick To Your Regular Eating Schedule

If at home you’re used to having a big breakfast and a smaller lunch, keep it that way! You can still enjoy the amazing food, but do it at the same time and in the same portion size you would at home. This will keep your metabolism regular.

There are often many fitness classes and gyms available on the ship, but simply walking around will do the trick as well! These cruise ships are getting bigger and bigger, so go explore and burn off some calories while you’re at it.
