These Food and Drink Choices Help Reduce Muscle Inflammation

After a really good training, it’s often inevitable for muscle inflammation to appear. There is some truth in saying “You are what you eat.”

While some foods can make things worse, there are plenty of tasty anti-inflammatory foods that can ease finger pain, swollen joints, and even symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. There is always a natural way to help you, and these foods and drinks will reduce it.

Fruits

A little fruit snack helps. Eating fruit, especially deeply colored berries like blueberries, cherries, and grapes, is always a good idea. Also, high-fat fruits like avocado and olives will get the job done.

Chocolate

Thankfully, eating healthy doesn’t mean missing out on the sweet stuff. Dark chocolate with at least 70 percent pure cocoa is the way to go.

Green Tea

The best one, green tea is there to kick up antioxidants and fight inflammation. Add some lemon juice to perk up the tea’s flavor, drink it hot or cold, and it will help your muscles.
