Do you try to figure out what to do with candle jars after you’re done using them? These candles by Paddywax turn into margarita glasses when the candle is finished. That’s right, they combine your love for alcohol and candles into one chic hand-blown product.
These candles are part of the La Playa collection which features five scents including salted blue agave, cactus bamboo flower, amber coconut, orange blossom, and vanilla rosa. Each design has a different color around the rim that coordinates with the smell—cactus bamboo flower has a green rim. The candles retail for $27, which isn’t a bad price when you consider that you’re getting a candle and a cup. They’re great for parties as you can keep track of whose glass is whose with the colored rims.
Paddywax is best-known for its dual-purpose candles; the Foam and Parks collections can be used as planters, the Relish collection uses mason jars, the Wabi Sabi collection can be used as rice bowls, and the Kin collection can be used for tea or lattes.
