The Ultimate Breakfast: Peanut Butter & Banana French Toast

One of our favorite snacks is peanut butter and banana and if we could, we’d eat it for every meal. This peanut butter and banana french toast is the perfect breakfast to whip up for your significant other this weekend. We guarantee you’ll love this delicious french toast!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 4 thick slices of challah bread
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter (we prefer all Natural Peanut Butter)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut your challah bread into four thick slices.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl crack your eggs and lightly beat them together.
  3. Dip the challah slices in the egg mixture and set it aside.
  4. Pour the oil over in a frying pan on medium heat and we wait for it to heat up.
  5. Place the challah bread in the frying pan and cook it until it’s brown on both sides.
  6. When the bread is done cooking, spread the peanut butter evenly across the four slices of bread.
  7. Cut the bananas into small slices and put them on top of the peanut butter.
  8. Enjoy!
