Kim Kardashian West can now proudly add to her resume that she’s a designer. This month she launched a line of sunglasses in collaboration with Israel-based eyewear brand Carolina Lemke. This campaign will also be the brand’s official expansion into the US market.
The new line is a collection of seven, sci-fi inspired sunglasses and what’s best about them is they’re all under $100. Apparently, Kardashian West really enjoyed in this creative process.
“I was really interested in it because we were really able to, from start to finish, design whatever sunglasses that I wanted. It was just a really fun process seeing how sunglasses are made.”
Despite the fact that she’s never done something like this before, Kardashian new exactly what she wanted. She designed sunglasses that she personally would want to wear, but that wasn’t created yet.
“Everything that I wanted that wasn’t out there we basically made. I am so happy with how they turned out,” Kardashian said.
The partnership with Carolina Lemke won’t stop with this campaign. Kardashian West became a partner in this company and she will be releasing more “drops” this year.
