Kim Kardashian has always been nostalgic for fashion and beauty trends from the ‘90s and 2000s and came up with ways to bring them back into the spotlight. That’s exactly what she intends to do velour tracksuits—the shining stars of her new Skims collection.
Kardashian’s shapewear brand teased this collection by sharing a series of photos that show the reality star rocking her own velour tracksuits alongside her friend Paris Hilton. She enjoys velour tracksuits because they’re versatile, comfortable, ultra-luxe, and fun, and they’ve been a staple in her closet for almost two decades.
“After working on [this] for over a year, I am so excited to share with everyone. Velour is one of my favorite collection launches to date! It’s the perfect blend of 2000s nostalgia and present-day loungewear,” Kardashian told Vogue.
Skims’ Velour collection hit the shelves on October 21, and it’s available in seven new styles and four colors, in sizes ranging from XXS to 4X. Items come in neutral beige and brown shades, and you can choose between several types of pants, tops, hoodies, and robes.
