Here’s What to Know Before Your First CorePower Yoga Class

Have you heard of CorePower Yoga, the largest yoga studio chain in the country? With over 200 locations, you may be tempted to try out a class. With any class, the first time can be overwhelming, and the more you know before joining, the less nervous you have to be about it. Here’s everything you need to know about CorePower Yoga.

Bring Towels

Like hot yoga, you will sweat a lot during this class—the rooms get up to 100 degrees! You’ll want to bring three towels: one for your mat, a hand towel for your face and hands, and third one for showering after the lesson.

Grab a Lock

Make sure you lock of all of your belongings before the class starts so you don’t have to stress about your valuables getting stolen.

Arrive 15 Minutes Early

For any class we suggest getting there early because spaces fill up quickly and you’ll want to put your stuff in a locker before the class starts. You’ll be locked out if you arrive a couple of minutes late.
