Avocado and chickpea salad

A protein packed salad like this can be eaten at any time of the day, on any type of bread or even by itself.

Simply combine chickpeas with celery, carrots, dill, cucumber, avocado, tahini, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice and sunflower seeds. Toss it all together and enjoy.

This high protein, low carb salad is excellent! My crew devoured it 😁I had this thrown together and on the table in minutes.
