Invest in the Right Tools

You wouldn’t cut meat with stylist scissors, so why would you use the same scissors you have lying around your house on your hair? We suggest buying a pair of stylist scissors, some clips, a comb, and a blow dryer.

Keep Your Hair Dry and Natural

Wet hair is longer, so naturally, when your hair dries it’s going to be shorter. Also if you wear you straighten your hair most of the time, you should cut your bangs when your hair is straight. The same goes for if you naturally have curly hair.

Proceed With Caution

It’s always best to cut a little bit at a time because you can always go back and cut more if your bangs end up being too long. If you mess up, don’t panic, your hair will grow back quicker than you think.
