If you’re a fan of natural cosmetics, we have some good news. We’re bringing you a simple recipe for making an SPF spray that will keep you safe in the sun and it uses ingredients that naturally have a sun protection factor.

Why DIY your own SPF spray? Because you will know exactly what you put into it and you will be able to enjoy the beach days without worries. This spray has the protection factor of 50 and it only requires two ingredients. Let’s see what they are.

The two magic ingredients are raspberry seed oil and hazelnut oil. Make sure you buy them unrefined and cold pressed, otherwise they won’t protect your skin. These oils are widely available and you shouldn’t have a problem finding them.

Mix the two oils together and pour them into a spray bottle. Reapply often for the best result.

Bonus tip: For best after-sun care, apply coconut oil you kept in the fridge.
