If you’re looking for delicious recipes for the most fun, offbeat, and colorful cakes on the market, cococakeland is the place to go! Not physically, per se, since this just happens to be a blog started by Vancouver-based cake artist Lyndsay Sung.
Sung describes herself as “the lady hanging out behind the scenes of this one-woman-cakesplosion” and self-taught baker, which only makes her journey even more impressive. Through the power of creativity, she managed to transform her hobby into a successful blog and Instagram page with almost 100.000 followers from all around the world.
Unique pops of color make her cakes instantly recognizable, but she’s not focusing on a single signature design. Adorable animal-inspired cakes are our absolute favorite, but it’s not unusual to see Sung experimenting with other shapes and motives – mostly flowers.
In addition to sharing recipes and tutorials online, this amazing cake-maker is also the author behind the cookbook Coco Cake Land: Cute and Pretty Party Cakes to Bake and Decorate. It features a total of 30 unique recipes, allowing you to make your own versions of her signature cakes at home.
