Waking up early can be hard but starting your day with some exercise is the best. You will be energized for the day ahead, it can increase your productivity, and will help you sleep better at night.

Your body and mind are fresher in the morning. This time will be for yourself and you only need to think about the motion you are doing. It can calm your brain and keep your stress levels down for the rest of your day.
