Have you heard of the 75Hard challenge? It’s the latest fitness craze taking over social media and it’s all about making mental and physical health changes to get your life back on track. As the name suggests, it’s a 75-day challenge. Here’s what you need to know about it to decide if it’s right for you.

Andy Frisella from the Real AF podcast designed 75Hard with the purpose of helping you “take complete control of your life”. There are no compromises when it comes to following the challenge and you have to complete everything before you head to bed. If you fail to complete something, you have to start the whole thing over on Day 1.

The challenge is about making lifestyle changes that include two 45-minute workouts with one outside, no alcohol or cheat meals, taking a progress photo daily, reading 10 pages of a book, and following a diet. It’s intense and uncomfortable. By the end of it, you should feel resilient and confident because you’ve stuck to your goals. While it’s tough, it’s about being active and committing to things for the long run.
