Autumn has arrived and we are all drinking delicious pumpkin spice latte. But, there are lots of other great spices that can be added to our coffee. Here are some ideas.
Cinnamon
Add a little cinnamon over your cappuccino foam. Cinnamon is a hot and rich spice and has an excellent natural sweetness that compliments coffee.
Cardamom
Cardamom is a traditional spice, especially suitable for black or Americano coffee. Not everyone likes its rich and deep taste, but if you like it—you will be addicted to it.
Cocoa Powder
Add a pinch of sugar-free cocoa powder to your espresso. The unique flavor of the bitter cocoa powder will give a deeper sense to your coffee, similar to that of a mocha drink.
Vanilla
The vanilla flavor is also one of the most sought after in the coffee world. A few drops of any quality vanilla extract will help turn your cup of coffee from a standard coffee into a unique experience.
Salt
It is customary to add sugar to sweeten the coffee, but salt may moderate the bitter taste of the coffee, and some people add salt when grinding the coffee beans.
