Calm

“Calm” is free to download and the moment you open the app you will be gifted with a series of calming sounds from rain on the window to a crackling fire. The app also contains guided meditations along with a library of calming sounds and bedtime stories.

Aura

“Aura” offers a selection of short guided meditations that you can do on the go. They are voiced by different mindfulness teachers over calming music so you can calm down to a voice that soothes you on the bus ride home.

Headspace

“Headspace” makes meditation and mindfulness simple. The daily guided sessions are great for building a habit of combating anxiety and stress. You can track your progress and set reminders so that meditation becomes part of your day to day routine.
