Haggis is a national dish in Scotland and it’s a pretty unique one. It’s made with sheep’s heart, liver, and lungs, with added oatmeal, onion, stock, and spices. The dish dates back to the 1400s and is typically served with mashed potatoes and turnips. It pairs great with Scotch whiskey!
