Your Guide to Plotting the Perfect Oscars Marathon

Emma Watson, Saoirse Ronan, Florence Pugh, and Eliza Scanlen in "Little Women"

The Oscars nominations are finally in, but with the ceremony moved up to February 9th you now have less than a month to fully prepare and watch all the movies. We’re here to help you out finding enough time for everything from The Irishman to Pain and Glory before the ceremony takes place.

Theater Time!

The best way to support and fully enjoy the Oscar-nominated movies is to actually see them in the theaters. Take some time on your days off to see the ones that are still showing, and see if your friends want to join you on this cinematic journey.

Streaming Magic

Netflix dominated this year’s Oscar nominations, and The Irishman, Marriage Story, and The Two Popes are some of the movies available for streaming. Many of the other nominated films have been out for months, so you can already rent them and enjoy them in the comfort of your own home.

The Joy of Missing Out

Chances are you’re not interested in some of the movies that received Oscar nominations and there’s no harm in skipping them altogether. If 1917 and Joker don’t seem like your cup of tea, take time to watch other great films that weren’t recognized by the Academy, such as The Farewell or Booksmart.
