Long-term fitness goals can be pretty difficult to reach, but you can always start by taking baby steps. Doing something every day is a good way to develop a healthy habit, and here’s a couple of fitness goals you can achieve on the daily, even if you’re still a fitness newbie.

Healthy Diet

Sticking to a rigorous diet isn’t always the best idea, but you can always put an effort into eating healthier. Add more fruits and veggies to your diet, and make a promise to yourself you’re going to eat them on a daily basis.

Moving More

Most experts agree that a healthy adult should walk 10,000 steps a day, and it’s not impossible to reach this number. Make an effort to move more by taking a walk in a local park, going shopping, or even getting back home from work on foot.

Light Training

If gyms aren’t your thing or you simply can’t afford a membership, you can still find different ways to exercise. Running and dancing are great ways to burn some major calories, and the internet is an endless source of workout videos you can do at home.
