Lemon curd is a British staple that is both tangy and sweet, perfect for shortbread or jarred and given as a gift! The best part is there are only three ingredients; egg yolks, lemon juice, and sugar. Combine the yolks and sugar, add the lemon juice, and heat over medium-low. The important thing for curd is to stir constantly and cook it low and slow. You can’t go wrong!

Lemon Sorbet

Making sorbet is a snap! And all the tools you need are a food processor. First, combine equal parts sugar and water, simmer it over medium heat, and you’ve created your simple syrup. Then, add it to your food processor with ice and lemon juice, blend, and you’re done!
