Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread
- 1 avocado
- 4 slices halloumi cheese
- 2 slices Australian bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Everything Bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
- Mash the avocado with a few squeezes of lemon and spread it on the toasted bread.
- Grill the halloumi slices in a hot pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
