We’re Making Margot Robbie’s High-Protein Breakfast Tomorrow Morning

You don’t need to tell us twice that Margot Robbie is stunning. The Barbie actress is smart, funny, and talented, and she knows her way around a good breakfast! The Aussie likes to start her day with a high-protein version of the classic avocado toast. Here is our take on it. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 slices halloumi cheese
  • 2 slices Australian bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Everything Bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocado with a few squeezes of lemon and spread it on the toasted bread. 
  2. Grill the halloumi slices in a hot pan until they are golden brown on both sides. 
  3. Fry the bacon or place it in the air fryer until it is extremely crispy. 
  4. Fry the eggs sunny-side up or poach them. Be careful not to break the egg and keep the center runny. 
  5. Assemble all the ingredients on the toast, top with salt and pepper, and Everything Bagel seasoning if you wish.
