Chocolat fondue is a great and easy dessert to make, especially for parties. All you need to do it melt coconut oil, add cocoa powder or dark chocolate, and some maple syrup or agave! This rich dipping sauce goes great with fruit, especially bananas.

Coconut Cookies

These cookies are not only vegan but only use four ingredients and do not require baking!  Simply melt together coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup over a stove top, and add in shredded coconut. To really bring out the coconut flavor, toast the shredded coconut beforehand.  Spoon dollops onto parchment paper, freeze for 15 minutes, and you have delicious cookies that make a great snack or dessert.

Pecan Pie-Inspired Fudge

This recipe is also a no-bake gem. Boil coconut oil, maple syrup, pecan butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt together for two minutes, pour into a muffin tin and you’re done! Pop them in the freezer and you have fudge whenever you like.
