Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (choose a high-quality one)
- 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- a pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 lemon
In a jar with a lid, combine the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, grated ginger, and a pinch of kosher salt. Squeeze the juice of the lemon in the mixture and add the lemon half as well. Fill the jar with water, seal it, then place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more.
