This Low-Calorie Mai Tai Should Be Your Go-To Drink This Summer

Lisa Lillien shared a perfect low-calorie Mai Tai recipe on her blog that you must try. We get to sip this heavenly drink all summer long, without any worry about calories.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces calorie-free lemon-lime soda
  • 2 ounces pineapple-orange juice
  • 1 ounce rum
  • 3 drops almond extract
  • 1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Truvia)
  • 1/2 ounces dark spiced rum
  • Optional garnish: pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. In a glass or shaker, mix all ingredients except ice and spiced rum.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Top with spiced rum.
  3. Enjoy!
